Kylie’s Journey

Kylie’s natural-born entrepreneurship began as early as middle school, selling homemade duct tape jewelry and wallets. Remember that 2008 trend? Since, Kylie has successfully channeled 2 career paths of health and the performing arts and now desires to serve others with her talents full-time.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, she began training with Broadway, film, and improvisation professionals in 2016. After signing with agents across the country, Kylie’s performance experience ranges from The Dinner Detective in Boston, to Y No Había Luz in Puerto Rico, to Magnum PI in Hawaii and back home to the Joplin Improv troupe. While she is still actively working as a SAGe actress and model, Kylie desires to share her knowledge with young performers across the country, regardless of goals. Kylie will meet you where you are at! She is also excited to provide improvisation workshops to assist any organization or group with confidence-building, quick-thinking, public speaking, and resiliency skills.

While in graduate school, she studied with the University of Florida’s Center for Arts in Medicine, contributing to 2 research publications in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. With a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness Management, she launched her own national platform as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Teacher, serving thousands of clients in-person and online from 2016-2024. Kylie has also nearly 5 years’ experience teaching youth and adults on drug and suicide prevention across Missouri. She presented at 2 state conferences discussing holistic wellness for drug prevention as well as leveraging improvisation techniques for public speaking. In 2025, Kylie received the Top Missouri Instructor award from Mental Health First Aid, an evidence-based program for which she has great passion and believes everyone, regardless of prior mental health experience or education, should consider taking to help prevent suicide and overdose. Since 2023, Kylie has certified more than 1,000 Americans in Youth/Mental Health First Aid USA.
